A GTK+ frontend for espeak
Gespeaker allow to listen a speech synthesized text with many different voice settings like pitch, amplitude, delay or language.
WAV recording and user preferences are also supported.
If mbrola package and voices will be installed then a new voice experience will be available, give them a try.
Requirements
This application requires GTK+ version 2.4.x.
Other dependencies include:
espeak, espeak-data, alsa-utils | pulseaudio-utils, python, python-gtk2, python-glade2
